Bookings and Cancellation Policy
- In order to secure your booking or treatment we do require a 30% credit card deposit.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to ensure a refund your deposit.
- Full non-refundable payment is required on Sundays and public holidays.
- Cancellation or nonattendance fees will apply.
- Non-attendance for gift voucher bookings will result in the forfeit of the gift voucher.
- All prices include GST and may be subject to change.
PLEASE ADVISE YOUR THERAPIST IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES OR ARE ON MEDICATION.
- If you wish to reschedule please advise 24 hours prior or a fee will be charged.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time.
- Advise your therapist of any health concerns or problems.
- Please have your mobile phone turned off and relax.
